These terms are an agreement between realtorsdreamteam ("we," "us") and the person or business that buys or uses our services ("you"). By purchasing a plan or using our services, you agree to these terms.
We provide AI voice and messaging agents for real estate professionals, including appointment setting, lead follow-up and buyer outreach, along with qualified seller leads, CRM follow-up automations, automatic appointment booking and ads management for FHA buyers, as described for your plan on our website. We may improve, change or replace features over time.
Plans are monthly subscriptions, billed in advance in US dollars through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You authorize us to charge your payment method for each billing period, plus any applicable taxes.
You can cancel at any time by emailing contact@realtorsdreamteam.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that. See our Refund Policy below.
Your plan includes the monthly lead volume listed on our pricing page. We make reasonable efforts to deliver it, but lead availability varies by area and market. We do not guarantee any number of appointments, contracts, closings or any amount of income. Testimonials on our website reflect the experiences of individual clients, and your results will vary.
You are responsible for how you use our services and for complying with all laws that apply to your calls, texts and marketing, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Do Not Call rules, CAN-SPAM, state call-recording and consent laws, rules about disclosing the use of AI voices, carrier messaging registration requirements, and the real estate licensing and advertising rules in your state. You must have any consent required to contact the people you reach through our services, and you must give us accurate information. We do not provide legal advice.
You may not use our services to break the law, harass or deceive people, send spam, impersonate others, or contact people who have asked not to be contacted. We may suspend or end service if we reasonably believe these terms are being violated.
Our services rely on third parties such as phone carriers, AI providers, CRM and payment processors. We are not responsible for outages or changes at those providers, and their own terms may apply to your use.
We own our website, software, AI agent configurations and branding. You get a limited right to use the services for your own business while you are subscribed. You keep ownership of your own data and contacts.
The services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost deals or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising from your use of the services or your violation of these terms or the law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where realtorsdreamteam is registered. We may update these terms, and if we make material changes we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the services after a change means you accept it.

We use your information to provide and improve our services, process payments, set up and run your AI agents, send you service messages and support, prevent fraud and misuse, and meet legal obligations.
We share information only with service providers that help us run the services, such as payment, phone and messaging, AI, CRM and hosting providers, and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Calls handled by our AI agents may be recorded and transcribed so we can deliver the service and show you the results. You are responsible for giving any recording notices and getting any consent required where you operate.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the services and meet legal requirements, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No system is completely secure.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing contact@realtorsdreamteam.com. Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18.

Plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Because services begin as soon as your plan is active, fees for a billing period that has already started are non-refundable, and we do not give partial-month refunds.
If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or charged after you cancelled, email us within 30 days at contact@realtorsdreamteam.com and we will review it and correct any billing error. Where the law gives you a right to a refund, that right is not affected by this policy.
